NEI-Frame

The tilt frame is connected to the chassis via a common tilt axle. When cornering, the tilt frame can be tilted into the curve at a tilt angle of up to 40° by the driver.

The resulting forces from the tilt frame are introduced centrally via the tilt axle into the middle of the chassis when cornering.

The tyres on the chassis are not tilted inwards when the vehicle curves, but retain the vertical position with maximum tyre contact with the road.
